The Pineywoods Safe House is a confidential emergency shelter that provides a safe, secure, and welcoming place for individuals and families who have experienced domestic violence or sexual assault. To help protect the safety and privacy of everyone we serve, the shelter’s location is not publicly disclosed, is staffed and monitored by security surveillance 24-hours day.

The shelter offers 20 beds, along with cribs for infants and young children. While staying at the Pineywoods Safe House, survivors receive more than a safe place to stay, they have access to basic necessities and voluntary supportive services that help them begin rebuilding their lives.

Residents have access to:

• Compassionate advocacy, safety planning, connections to available community resources, and more!

Our goal is to provide a supportive, trauma-informed environment where every survivor is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion as they work toward safety, healing, and long-term stability.
