Community Education
Family Services of Southeast Texas, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening and empowering families, individuals, and communities through accessible counseling services, shelter, education, and advocacy. Our Community Education and Outreach Program focuses on raising awareness and preventing domestic violence and sexual assault across Southeast Texas.
We provide dynamic, evidence-based workshops, training sessions, and prevention education tailored to a wide range of audiences, including schools, community groups, law enforcement agencies, healthcare providers, and the general public. Our outreach initiatives are designed to promote healthy relationships, increase understanding of abuse dynamics, support survivors, and equip communities with the tools to identify, prevent, and respond to violence.
By fostering collaboration and building community capacity, Family Services of Southeast Texas, Inc. is committed to creating safer, more informed environments where individuals and families can thrive free from violence and fear.
