Criminal Justice System Response Training for Domestic ViolenceFamily Services of Southeast Texas and the Beaumont Police Department with the Texas Council on Family Violence held the Criminal Justice System Response Training: a multi-disciplinary seminar on domestic violence. The training took place at the Southeast Texas Regional Planning Commission in Beaumont, TX on April 24, 2014. The training allowed for professionals who work with victims, survivors, children, and offenders of family violence to obtain expert information to enhance local family violence systems collaboration, build a more consistent community response to family violence, and create an opportunity for participants to network with one another.
